When recover pictures from Google Photos Bin, go to the Google Photos website and start with looking into the Bin or Trash folder. There can be some images that will still be there for some time according to their removal method and backup. Choose the image you want and try to restore it using the provided option. If you have already removed the image from the Bin and it does not exist there anymore, make sure another copy of the photo exists either on your Android device, computer, SD card, or some other backup service.
